View and Download Linksys NSLU2 quick installation online. Linksys Network Storage Link for USB 2.0 Disk Drives. NSLU2 Network Storage Server pdf manual download. Installed OpenWrt 'Backfire' 10.03 on stock NSLU2 without any problems and works great. Added “option gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” and “option dns xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” to “option ipaddr xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx”, “option netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx”, and “option proto static” and kept the static setup with actual desired IP address.
Nslu2 Setup Download Windows 10
Alright, I'm very new to this whole linux thing, so forgive me if I ask incredibly noob questions. I'm attempting to install the unslung firmware on my NSLU2 to set up an itunes server etc... However, in order to install the new firmware on the device, I first need to build the installer from source in terminal. I'm running OS10.6. I'm following a tutorial on how to do this on this site: http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/Main/UpSlug2onOSX. I have gotten to the last step which is building the upslug2 source, where it tells me to input the following in terminal:
cd upslug2-11
autoreconf -i
./configure --with-libpcap
sudo make install
However, after entering 'autoreconf -i', i get '`configure.ac' or `configure.in' is required'
I then continue with entering './configure --with-libpcap' and get '-bash: ./configure: No such file or directory'
I am at a total loss of where to go from here on this and have spend many, MANY hours trying to research this out on the web with no avail. I am hoping someone out there can give me an idea as to whats going on and why I'm getting that particular msg. I also ask that if you choose to reply, you would kindly explain it in noob terms! Thanks in advance!
